Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate software platforms through a commercial, operational, and financial lens
  • Provide analytical and technical support across product technology diligence engagements
  • Conduct architecture reviews and documentation analysis
  • Support codebase and technical debt analysis
  • Analyze cloud infrastructure configurations
  • Assist in evaluating roadmap feasibility
  • Evaluate engineering operating model (team structure, velocity, DevOps)
  • Provide insights on scalability risks, performance bottlenecks, and security considerations
  • Prepare diligence slides, summaries, and deal insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, computer science is a plus
  • 3-6 years of software-related work experience
  • Strategy consulting work experience is a plus
  • Experience of transactions in Technology Due Diligence or strategic value creation assignments
  • 3–6 years in technology experience (software engineering, cloud engineering, architecture analysis, product development)
  • Experience in SaaS or platform businesses preferred
  • Detail-oriented and good at sifting through datasets quickly to identify patterns
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Structured problem solving
  • High learning agility
  • Interest in private equity and transaction environments
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
