Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate software platforms through a commercial, operational, and financial lens
Provide analytical and technical support across product technology diligence engagements
Conduct architecture reviews and documentation analysis
Support codebase and technical debt analysis
Analyze cloud infrastructure configurations
Assist in evaluating roadmap feasibility
Evaluate engineering operating model (team structure, velocity, DevOps)
Provide insights on scalability risks, performance bottlenecks, and security considerations
Prepare diligence slides, summaries, and deal insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, computer science is a plus
3-6 years of software-related work experience
Strategy consulting work experience is a plus
Experience of transactions in Technology Due Diligence or strategic value creation assignments
3–6 years in technology experience (software engineering, cloud engineering, architecture analysis, product development)
Experience in SaaS or platform businesses preferred
Detail-oriented and good at sifting through datasets quickly to identify patterns
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Structured problem solving
High learning agility
Interest in private equity and transaction environments
Ability to travel up to 50%
