About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creation, ownership, execution, and implementation of complex project plans
Responsible for executing the learning strategy of the Tax practice
Consult with key Tax stakeholders on learning strategy and priorities
Regularly report to senior Tax leaders on program metrics
Core program management activities including contract management and budget creation
Ensure delivery of projects and programs on-time and on-budget
Build and maintain networks of relationships to manage resources and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of seven years of proven success in progressive program management roles
Knowledge of professional service firms and their business segments
Experience managing learning programs and with current adult learning theory
Project Management Institute Certification (PMP or PgMP) a plus
Ability to run meetings and manage a portfolio of projects
Strong verbal, written communication & presentation skills
Solid PC skills with expert proficiency in MS Office 365
Solid Smartsheet skills preferred
Ability to travel on occasion
