About the role
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated GTM campaigns
- Own campaign project management, establishing detailed plans, milestones, roles/responsibilities, and timelines
- Partner with the Advisory and Alliance Marketing Lead to intake strategy
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams managing dependencies, aligning priorities, and removing blockers
- Drive integrated, multi-channel execution across various platforms
- Ensure consistency and quality of messaging and assets
- Support executive and alliance activation efforts
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
- Build and apply repeatable campaign frameworks and playbooks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6–8+ years of B2B marketing experience in complex, matrixed environments (professional services preferred)
- Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong project/program management skills
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans and deliverables
- Data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics
- High attention to detail and commitment to execution quality
