💰 $112,000 - $181,400 per year

About the role

  • Assist with visiting the client location and analyzing accounting information
  • Manage various project tasks at the same time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Masters or Ph.D. in related fields preferred
  • Six to ten years of experience in R&D tax credits; open to Fixed Asset or Tax Accounting Method experience
  • Minimum of four years of experience in Accounting or Tax in public accounting or consulting
  • CPA or JD/active attorney's license required
  • Prior project management experience is required
  • Strong understanding of federal and some state R&D rules and relevant court cases
  • Intermediate understanding of tax return mechanics
  • Familiar with amending tax returns
  • Ability to manage time and multiple engagements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
