About the role
- Design and implement training modules focused on relationship management
- Facilitate workshops for Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and senior leaders
- Develop onboarding programs for new hires in relationship-focused roles
- Provide subject matter expertise on cultivating relationships with investors
- Train teams on negotiation strategies and conflict resolution
- Support development of relationship strategies for long-term value
- Collaborate with P&C and Learning teams to integrate training into development initiatives
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Continuously refine training content based on trends and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Talent Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategic operations, or training and development
- Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial services
- Strong understanding of private equity investment cycles, portfolio management, and deal execution
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in adult learning, coaching, or corporate training
- Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain relationships
- Advanced skills with Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel (up to 50%) as needed
