About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support forecasts, budgets, reports, and variance analysis across revenue, expenses, and cash
  • Lead recurring monthly meetings for assigned departments and translate business activity into forecast updates and variance analysis
  • Maintain data quality through the monthly close and reporting cycle, including flowing actuals into financial models and recurring reports
  • Support executive reporting and ad hoc analysis
  • Support the annual budget process by building and maintaining planning templates, partnering with stakeholders, and analyzing historical trends
  • Improve FP&A systems, workflows, and reporting processes, including utilization of AI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including large datasets, formulas, and summary reporting
  • Experience with financial modeling, financial reporting, or planning support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset, strong follow-through, and willingness to learn
  • Curiosity and desire to improve recurring work over time
