💰 $90,000 - $125,000 per year

About the role

  • Plan and execute user research studies such as contextual inquiries, user surveys, and usability tests.
  • Analyze user requirements and business needs through use cases, user research, and user flows.
  • Create design concepts, information architecture, wireframes, detailed user interface designs, interactive prototypes and user interface specifications for various applications.
  • Work closely with development and testing teams in the implementation and testing of user interfaces.
  • Create and maintain user experience guidelines and design standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing for B2B SaaS applications
  • Experience in identifying UX issues
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design best practices
  • Planning & conducting user research (in Userlytics, Lyssna, etc.)
  • Ability to make informed design decisions using qualitative and quantitative data
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating high-fidelity mockups
  • Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Strong commitment to owning projects and seeing them through to successful completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences (clients, stakeholders, product leads, developers, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel on occasion (around 5%).
