Requirements

What you’ll need

A seasoned product leader — 8+ years in product, with meaningful time as a Head of Product, Group PM, or Director/VP at a company known for product excellence.
You've operated at scale and you've built new things.
A zero-to-one operator.
Fluent in AI products. You've shipped (or deeply worked on) LLM-powered features or platforms.
A platform thinker. You've dealt with integrations, APIs, and the hard problem of making many tools feel like one product.
Commercially wired. You're comfortable in a revenue-driven culture.
High-velocity by default.
A builder in an operator's world.
