About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 to 10 years progressive project experience in heavy civil environments
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in paving, dirt, and grading
  • Required experience managing projects for NAVFAC, USACE, DoD, or other federal agencies
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, forecasting, and contract administration
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary federal construction projects
  • Experience working on military installations or secure facilities
  • Proven success in leading project teams and managing complex projects
