About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, develop, coordinate and manage onsite construction engineering activities for construction projects.
Manage job controls to ensure compliance with contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing.
Develop and maintain project schedule to ensure work is completed on time and under budget.
Manage project engineering assignments and activities to ensure work is completed on time and under budget.
Provide technical support in construction planning, quality control, and resolution of design conflicts.
Develop, implement and administer project engineering procedures.
Represent company during client and project management meetings.
Develop and maintain all job reporting and logs.
Supervise, direct, and mentor project staff.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
4+ years of construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar experience.
Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Proficiency with AGTEK Take-off and Primavera Scheduling software.
Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage a team of varied disciplines.
