About the role
- Responsible for overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of water resources well projects
- Perform accurate project revenue and cost forecasting
- Generate purchase orders, gather quotes, generate invoices
- Coordinate with estimators and project controls group
- Manage resources to meet project schedule
- Participate in bid review and bid closing
- Provide dynamic project communication
- Ensure proper job controls
- Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, etc.
- Ensure accurate project reports
- Run projects at profitability levels
- Comply with corporate safety initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ project management experience in water well drilling or construction
- Knowledge of water well drilling or similar industry practices
- Maintain the ability to work in a high-production environment
- Demonstrated decision-making skills
- JD Edwards experience is a plus
- Excel experience needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Accuracy at all times
