About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Development, creation, and editing of marketing collateral, with a special focus on transforming complex, long-form copy into pithy short-form content.
Work closely with brand, segment, product marketing, and regional marketers to ideate, write, and produce campaigns across web, social, earned media, and other forms of collateral.
Continuously optimize messaging and update collateral as needed.
Produce 5-10 blogs’ worth of copy a week (actual mix and deliverables will vary based on need).

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-6 years of related experience developing content for marketing teams, particularly for ads, social, and brand messaging.
Strong writing skills, with the ability to draft copy that is emotional, logical, informative, and engaging.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to editing and refining copy.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Effective project management skills, including challenging the status quo and identifying needs to reassess existing approaches/processes.
Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality.
Understand the difference between using AI as a development tool versus having it do your writing for you.
