About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the agile product owner on engineering scrum team(s)
Own and prioritize the backlog for a feature area in collaboration with the Product Manager
Leverage AI tools to support backlog refinement, story creation, and prioritization decisions
Prioritize tradeoffs, clarify requirements and work to drive user stories to acceptance throughout the agile development lifecycle
Use AI to accelerate requirements definition, improve acceptance criteria quality, and identify gaps or risks early
Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings and provide feedback to the team
Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined and verify that story implementation matches requirements
Drive projects to completion with a focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement enabled by AI insights
Maintain constant and transparent communication with the team and stakeholders
Enable internal teams to support the product through clear documentation, knowledge sharing, and AI-assisted content creation

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years working with technical teams, product development, or product management
Experience working with AI‑enabled workflows or AI‑driven product capabilities is a strong plus
Experience with SaaS or web‑based products and modern product delivery practices.
