About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support software delivery activities, including build, deployment, release, and environment management processes.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines used to build, test, and deploy applications.
Provision, configure, and maintain infrastructure in cloud and hosted environments.
Troubleshoot application, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
Monitor system health, review logs, and support improvements in reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
Support infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code activities using approved tools and standards.
Collaborate with engineering, support, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve delivery processes.
Adhere to established security, compliance, and operational standards in all engineering activities.
Participate in operational support or on-call activities, as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Foundational knowledge of DevOps concepts, including CI/CD, automation, infrastructure support, and system reliability.
Basic experience with Linux and/or Windows administration, scripting, source control, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
Familiarity with containers, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and troubleshooting fundamentals.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across technical teams.
Demonstrated attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced engineering environment
Curiosity about applying AI tools responsibly in infrastructure engineering.
Interest in developing, extending, and using MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools, APIs and associated skills.
