Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-moving environment
Strong time management skills, the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in line with business requirements and deadlines while working remotely.
Experience with video direction or production
Experience working in a remote environment and the ability to maintain effective communication with team members across various time zones
Access to a quiet and professional environment for focused transcription work, free of background noise and distractions
Comfortable using digital communication tools to collaborate with teams and customers.
Familiar with remote work tools such as cloud storage and virtual meeting software
Proven ability to direct multi-camera live video productions, ensuring high-quality visual and the ability to meet the customer expectations
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues quickly during live streams
Ability to interpret analytics and viewer feedback to continuously improve streaming quality and engagement
Strong organizational skills for coordinating schedules, resources, and post-production tasks
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stakes live environments
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Willingness to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving industry trends.
