About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, plan and implement a digital marketing strategy with organic search, paid search, display advertising, and social media
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Recommend changes to website, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and optimizing campaigns
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/MS degree in marketing or relevant experience
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Experience leading, managing, and optimizing organic search, paid search, display advertising, and social media while on a budget
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
- You possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are equally important
- You are a self-starter with the curiosity to expand the scope of assigned projects and tasks as needed
- You are passionate and/or experienced in working with public sector entities
- You have experience with 6sense
