Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience leading enterprise project management, technical program management, marketing operations, or workflow delivery work.
A track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving enterprise platforms, automation, and AI‑enabled capabilities in production.
Hands‑on experience managing the rollout, evolution, or governance of AI features within core marketing or GTM platforms.
Strong discipline managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross‑team accountability—especially in fast‑moving, matrixed environments.
Sharp attention to detail, with a bias toward documentation, quality, governance, and operational readiness.
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑ready updates and durable process documentation.
Comfort operating amid ambiguity while bringing structure that helps teams move faster.
Familiarity with enterprise marketing operations or go‑to‑market workflows (strongly preferred).
