About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Rapidly develop working expertise in a defined portfolio of Granicus solutions to effectively support the sales cycle
- Deliver standard and lightly customized product demonstrations to prospects and customers
- Support discovery efforts to understand customer requirements and document solution fit
- Assist with solution scoping and contribute to RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses
- Partner with Account Executives to progress opportunities through technical validation stages
- Maintain demo environments, scripts, and reusable assets to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Provide feedback to Product and Enablement teams on recurring customer needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or related customer-facing technical role
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them in customer conversations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred for regional collaboration.
