About the role
- Lead the strategic direction of Salesforce Sales Cloud for the revenue-generating organization
- Act as the primary business owner for Sales Cloud, balancing seller usability with data quality and governance
- Own business analysis for all Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements and changes
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with technical teams to deliver solutions
- Own all Salesforce Sales Cloud training content and delivery for revenue teams
- Develop and maintain scalable training assets, job aids, and process documentation
- Own Salesforce-related integrations across the revenue technology stack
- Manage stakeholders, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Requirements
- Revenue Operations background with strong understanding of sales processes and GTM workflows
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and reporting
- 2+ years of project management experience, including: Stakeholder management, Milestone and dependency tracking, End-to-end ownership of cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable system and process solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
