About the role

Design, standardize, and support system interoperability across core business platforms.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and define integration requirements.
Architect solutions that improve data flow, automation, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Design integration patterns and oversee integration development work using tools like Workato, MuleSoft, etc.
Support testing and deployment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure integrations align with business needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
5 years experience in integrations, automation development, or similar technical role.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations using Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, Boomi, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of project management systems (Wrike preferred, but not required).
Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, data mapping, and system-to-system data flows.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to debug integration failures and identify root cause.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to document solutions and communicate with stakeholders clearly.
Experience in SaaS / technology environments preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and working in cross-functional team environments.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and grow into deeper platform expertise over time.
