About the role

  • Prepare variance review for management review as part of financial reporting
  • Prepare and post various journal entries
  • Management of all expenses related to hosting COGS, working with various departments
  • Management of all allocation journal entries and allocation module
  • Manage Prepaid Module, prepare adjusting journal entries and month end reconciliation
  • Review and post all journals assigned cash reconciliations
  • Coding and recording of company credit card transactions
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations with accuracy, prior reconciliation experience preferred
  • Assist with ad hoc projects specific to acquisitions
  • Assist in supplying documentation in a yearly external audit
  • Record all AR and AP journals related to operational team requests

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience in various accounting roles (billing/AR, AP, general ledger)
  • BA/BS in Accounting or a related field preferred
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Effective project management skills, including challenging the status quo and identifying needs to re-assess existing approaches/processes
  • Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience with NetSuite, Emburse, AvidXchange and/or Egencia is a plus
