About the role

  • Lead the project to a successful conclusion by facilitating scope and managing customer expectations
  • Monitor day-to-day execution and ensure the project is on schedule and within budget
  • Maintain strong working relationships with project team members and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate all phases of project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, control and closing
  • Plan and maintain project schedule with appropriate milestones and dependencies
  • Prepare and track basic project budgets
  • Lead and facilitate cost benefit analysis as appropriate

Requirements

  • Four-year professional degree and/or comparable education & experience preferred
  • One to five years’ experience in project management preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent oral/presentation skills
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Certifications (PMP or Agile) / training in project management desired
