Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the project to a successful conclusion by facilitating scope and managing customer expectations
Monitor day-to-day execution and ensure the project is on schedule and within budget
Maintain strong working relationships with project team members and key stakeholders
Coordinate all phases of project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, control and closing
Plan and maintain project schedule with appropriate milestones and dependencies
Prepare and track basic project budgets
Lead and facilitate cost benefit analysis as appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year professional degree and/or comparable education & experience preferred
One to five years’ experience in project management preferred
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent oral/presentation skills
Insurance industry experience preferred
Certifications (PMP or Agile) / training in project management desired
