About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate closely with the state Inside Territory Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager to execute agency management processes.
Work with Inside Territory Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager to build and maintain strong, tiered agency partnerships.
Serve as a dependable advisor to agency partners and an effective internal collaborator.
Define target markets clearly and address profitability or quality concerns with agents and internal partners.
Partner with internal units like underwriting, product management, and claims to leverage opportunities.
Assist Sales Leadership with administrative tasks such as problem-solving, research, events, and coordination of agency transactions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Insurance preferred.
Proven track record in revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in negotiation and presenting.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with virtual meeting technologies (Teams & Zoom).
Ability to obtain any required state licensing.
