About the role

  • Collaborate closely with the state Inside Territory Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager to execute agency management processes.
  • Work with Inside Territory Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager to build and maintain strong, tiered agency partnerships.
  • Serve as a dependable advisor to agency partners and an effective internal collaborator.
  • Define target markets clearly and address profitability or quality concerns with agents and internal partners.
  • Partner with internal units like underwriting, product management, and claims to leverage opportunities.
  • Assist Sales Leadership with administrative tasks such as problem-solving, research, events, and coordination of agency transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Insurance preferred.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in negotiation and presenting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with virtual meeting technologies (Teams & Zoom).
  • Ability to obtain any required state licensing.
