About the role
- Own and manage an assigned territory

- Manage broad and diverse agency partnerships
- Handle 100+ agency storefronts and optimize territory performance
- Conduct agency outreach through audio, video conferences, and digital media
- Engage with assigned agents and brokers to secure accounts
- Manage the pipeline from end-to-end
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of three years of sales management experience
- Achievement and expertise in Direct Sales preferred
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Proven success in developing partnerships
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills in analytical thinking and business development
- General understanding of marketing principles
- Must be licensed by the state if required
