Bookkeeper

• Ensure the accounting execution of expenditures and revenues (control of purchase orders, invoice processing, payment authorizations, revenue receipts)
• Participate in the financial monitoring of debt, grants and declarations (VAT / FCTVA)
• Manage the accounting follow-up of public contracts and support departments in their financial execution
• Contribute to updating dashboards and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures
• Participate in cross-functional projects within the directorate and ensure service continuity
• Maintain relationships with internal departments, suppliers and institutional partners
