About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Running checks for STCW certificates, personal documents and all other documents relevant for working on board
- Precise and timely data input in our internal data base
- Daily updates of crew schedules
- Daily communication with ships and ship management
- Organizing crew changes ensuring the required number of staff on board at all times
- Coordinating performance management for crew on board
- Crew contract management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Expressed organizational skills, flexibility and ability to react in accordance with due dates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in decision making
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
- Previous operational or administrative experience desirable, but not mandatory
