About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Running checks for STCW certificates, personal documents and all other documents relevant for working on board
Precise and timely data input in our internal data base
Daily updates of crew schedules
Daily communication with ships and ship management
Organizing crew changes ensuring the required number of staff on board at all times
Coordinating performance management for crew on board
Crew contract management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Expressed organizational skills, flexibility and ability to react in accordance with due dates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong skills in decision making
Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
Previous operational or administrative experience desirable, but not mandatory
