Handle inbound and/or outbound calls; educating travelers on GCC's International trip packages
Maintain a high sense of customer service and sales throughout the call
Work to achieve over 70% conversion of calls into confirmed bookings
Upsell GCC products and services: Trip Extensions, Travel Protection Plans, Airline Bookings & Upgrades
Confirm customer reservations documenting all necessary contact information in GCC programs
Reserve Airline tickets for travelers using Amadeus software
Document all customer interactions and call notes in assigned programs during calls
Work across multiple platforms in an efficient manner to handle and solution calls (5-7 programs at one time)

Requirements

2-5 years of sales experience working in a call center environment
Experience handling inbound & outbound sales calls
Preference for candidates from Travel/Tourism, Hospitality, or Luxury (High Ticket) sales industries
Experience with upselling additional products/services to original package
1+ years of experience working remotely
Must have hardwired internet (50 MBPS Download, 25 MBPS upload)
Telephone service (landline or VOIP)
Schedule Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 PM ET
1st Production Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | Sunday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET), Monday - Thursday (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET)
