About the role

  • Oversee the Baltimore, MD, Arlington VA or Washington DC territories
  • Consistently identifying and implementing event/activity plans for your territory
  • Build awareness of our online academic programs
  • Drive inquiry generation
  • Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families and partners
  • Use out-of-the-box critical thinking skills to support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required - Master's Degree (highly preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience demonstrated success in attracting and retaining business-to-business, outside sales, account management experience with a significant product or service and preferably within a large, diverse geographical area
  • Experience and skill in building territories and leads
  • No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed
  • High emotional intelligence
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
  • Computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Bonus points if you have relevant industry related professional experience and experience working with CRM tools.
