About the role
- Oversee the Baltimore, MD, Arlington VA or Washington DC territories
- Consistently identifying and implementing event/activity plans for your territory
- Build awareness of our online academic programs
- Drive inquiry generation
- Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families and partners
- Use out-of-the-box critical thinking skills to support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required - Master's Degree (highly preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience demonstrated success in attracting and retaining business-to-business, outside sales, account management experience with a significant product or service and preferably within a large, diverse geographical area
- Experience and skill in building territories and leads
- No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report
- Outstanding time management skills
- Clear communication skills
- Self-motivation and drive to succeed
- High emotional intelligence
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Bonus points if you have relevant industry related professional experience and experience working with CRM tools.
