About the role

  • Implement and ensure alignment of the company's commercial policy across the region.
  • Represent the company with strategic customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.
  • Plan and define specific activities for the sales team according to each customer's profile and needs.
  • Guide the preparation of visit routes, optimizing the team's time and reducing operating costs.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial results, making adjustments to meet quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
  • Maintain an active presence at points of sale, ensuring commercial conditions comply with company guidelines.
  • Develop and propose campaigns and promotions that drive sales while preserving the brand image and operational profitability.
  • Oversee and conduct recruitment and selection processes for new team members.
  • Evaluate and monitor team performance, implementing continuous development actions and promoting a healthy work environment.
  • Train the team to perform their duties safely and efficiently, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Actively participate in strategic planning meetings and commercial training sessions.
  • Comply with and enforce internal policies, safeguarding product integrity, merchandising materials, and proper presentation at points of sale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, focused on servicing the Pharma channel (Raia, DPSP, Venâncio); experience with perfumeries or department stores is desirable.
  • Advantage: knowledge of e-commerce strategies.
  • Strong and extensive network of contacts with customers of varying sizes and profiles.
  • Expertise in portfolio management within the cosmetics and beauty segment, ensuring alignment with market demands.
  • Experience in strategic negotiations and active prospecting of new clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (advanced — spreadsheet execution and analysis).
  • Experience using Power BI as a user.
