About the role

  • Lead the commercial strategy for the region, ensuring consistent execution and a strong focus on growth.
  • Work directly with key customers in the Food (Grocery), Pharmacy and Indirect channels.
  • Analyze the customer portfolio, identify potential, and develop plans that maximize results and the customer experience.
  • Guide the team in daily commercial activities, organize priorities, support route planning, and ensure high-quality execution at the point of sale.
  • Monitor KPIs, propose adjustments and accelerate actions that drive performance.
  • Ensure excellence in product merchandising, compliance with commercial policies, and competitiveness at the point of sale.
  • Develop commercial initiatives and campaigns that increase sell-out and strengthen the brand.
  • Attract, develop and engage the team, fostering a collaborative, positive and high-performance environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management or Sales.
  • Experience in Sales/Commercial roles, with companies that serve direct channels (Pharmacy/Food) and indirect channels (Wholesale/Distributors).
  • Experience with the Food channel (Zaffari, Condor, Muffato, Angeloni, Festval, Giassi) and Pharmacy channel (Panvel/DIMED, São João, Nissei, Drogaria Catarinense).
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in the Cosmetics segment is desirable.
  • Residence in Porto Alegre or Curitiba.
