About the role

  • Assist in managing content production workflows, with a focus on audiovisual content;
  • Monitor and support the recording of educational materials in the studio;
  • Identify, analyze and propose improvements to control and material production processes;
  • Continuously seek improvements in productivity, planning and academic control indicators;
  • Map, propose and provide faculty performance indicators;
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the operational aspects of lecture/class recordings;
  • Provide feedback to faculty to optimize and refine production processes;
  • Support teachers and administrative staff in content validation workflows;
  • Represent the Higher Education Pedagogical Coordination as on-site support for faculty and studio operations;
  • Generate and/or maintain utilization and planning reports for faculty instructional production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Management-related fields or a related area;
  • Experience directing or overseeing audiovisual content production;
  • Proficiency with online tools (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, PDF tools);
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize;
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience managing data;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
  • Problem-solving ability;
  • Creativity;
  • Emotional intelligence;
  • Adaptability;
  • Preferred: experience with process automation and facilitations using AI;
  • Postgraduate degree in a related field (preferred);
  • Experience working in a Higher Education institution.
