About the role

  • Develop the product strategy and roadmap for new agent categories that power new productivity workflows.
  • Create intuitive agentic experiences: make powerful LLM capabilities feel approachable, simple, and useful.
  • Turn ambiguity into clarity: define problem spaces, craft hypotheses, set success metrics, and drive zero-to-one bets from idea to scale.
  • Build data-informed learning loops: create evaluation frameworks, run experiments, and turn insights into clear product decisions.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and geographies: partner with engineers, product designers, data scientists, marketers, and user researchers to ship and iterate at high velocity.

Requirements

  • Has at least 5 years of experience with Product Management, ideally on technical products.
  • Has a genuine interest in AI technology. You have professional experience building AI/ML products and/or you are actively experimenting with AI in personal projects.
  • Outstanding product and design sense, with a track record of shipping consumer products that people love at scale.
  • Can drive learning, execution, and impact in a product area with ambiguity.
  • Has a solid understanding of how to define success, set and move critical metrics.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Benefits
  • Professional growth: We believe that autonomy and trust are key to empowering our team members to do their best, most innovative work in a way that aligns with their interests, talents, and well-being. We also support professional development and advancement with training, coaching, and regular feedback.
  • A connected team: Superhuman builds a product that helps people connect, and we apply this mindset to our own team. Our remote-first hybrid model enables a highly collaborative culture. We work to foster belonging among team members in a variety of ways. This includes our employee resource groups, Superhuman Circles, which promote connection among those with shared identities including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ team members, women, and parents. We also celebrate our colleagues and accomplishments with global, local, and team-specific programs.
  • Relocation Support: Superhuman provides relocation support to make your move to Warsaw seamless. For candidates who are already residing in Poland, our package includes destination services to help you and your family settle in comfortably, and a relocation bonus to cover additional expenses.
