About the role
- Create realistic, first-person prompts based on real job workflows
- Design tasks that reflect real-world real estate and rental scenarios
- Use relevant public data, listings, contracts, or documents as input material

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in real estate, leasing, rental, or property management
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to understand real-world customer, tenant, or property workflows
- Attention to detail and ability to write clear, structured instructions
- Good written English communication skills
- Experience in client-facing, operational, or administrative roles preferred
