About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be the face of Imperial at customer locations, partnering with our Sales team to create organized, efficient maintenance shops
  • Installing and organizing inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups
  • Identifying, labeling, stocking, and optimizing maintenance products for improved workflow
  • Training customers on our ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools
  • Traveling Monday through Friday to customer locations throughout the United States while building strong customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Comfortable with frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks)
  • Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments
  • A valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required
