About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be the face of Imperial at customer locations, partnering with our Sales team to create organized, efficient maintenance shops
Installing and organizing inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups
Identifying, labeling, stocking, and optimizing maintenance products for improved workflow
Training customers on our ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools
Traveling Monday through Friday to customer locations throughout the United States while building strong customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comfortable with frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks)
Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments
A valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required
