About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Travel across the country helping customers organize and optimize their maintenance shops
- Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups
- Identify, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products for improved workflow
- Train customers on ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools
- Build strong customer relationships through extensive travel to various locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Comfortable with frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks)
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments
- A valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required.
