About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be the face of Imperial at customer locations, partnering with our Sales team to create organized, efficient maintenance shops.
- Your work will include installing and organizing inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups.
- Identifying, labeling, stocking, and optimizing maintenance products for improved workflow.
- Training customers on our ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools.
- Traveling Monday through Friday to customer locations throughout the United States while building strong customer relationships.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required.
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work.
- Comfortable with frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks).
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments.
