About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive product from multiple sources including Grainger competitors; put away product and maximize cube space
Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready times
Picks & stages customer orders to achieve our goals and Customer expectations
Pick and prepare orders for customer. (**tracking items removed from crib**)
Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Grounds keeping and trash collection/disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employees
Support customer service by assisting customers picking up and loading product
Resolve customer problems promptly in a manner to retain and promote customer loyalty

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in related field
Lift 25 to 60lbs
Operate computerized scanning equipment and PC based programs including SAP
Customer service and sales growth oriented.
