Key responsibilities & impact
  • Aligns business objectives with people strategies by integrating HR planning and change management practices to ensure the organization achieves sustainable growth and maintains a high-performing, inclusive culture.
  • Consults with senior leaders to design and implement human capital strategies that strengthen organizational capability and culture, ensuring talent is positioned to deliver on business priorities and long-term competitive advantage.
  • Executes cyclical HR processes—such as performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews—with precision to create a consistent, engaging experience that builds trust and drives accountability across the workforce.
  • Drives succession planning for senior and critical roles by assessing talent pipelines and implementing development plans, ensuring leadership continuity and readiness for future business challenges.
  • Communicates HR strategies and initiatives clearly and persuasively across all levels to foster alignment, improve engagement, and ensure employees understand how these efforts support organizational success.
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities and collaborates with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to implement innovative, scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall business performance.
  • Partners with Employee Relations to apply fair, consistent, and compliant practices in handling employee matters, mitigating risk and reinforcing a positive, productive workplace culture.
  • Coach’s leaders through structured change management steps and ensures learning and development programs, are prioritized, enabling individuals and teams to adapt effectively and accelerate growth in a dynamic business environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years in related field required
  • Consulting skills with the ability to link business strategies with people strategies.
  • Experience promoting diversity, equality and inclusion.
  • Ability to act as a liaison with leadership and the ability to guide complex change.
