Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee a team of 9+ employees with authority to hire and performance manage the team by ensure goals are set and monitored.
  • Create an environment where employees are engaged, empowered, enthusiastic and committed to the success of the company by encouraging diverse thoughts and ideas.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members ensuring everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, its impact on the local market and develop strategies to gain market share and reduce loss of current market share.
  • Oversee operational performance and support all sales growth, Inventory Solutions profitability strategies, and other plans in partnership with Account Managers.
  • Balance operating expenses with higher level of service, while looking for ways to improve processes and remove non-value added activities.
  • Monitor controllable expenses to achieve the assigned expense target.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1+ years management experience required
  • Project management, planning, and facilitation skills.
