About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee a team of 9+ employees with authority to hire and performance manage the team by ensure goals are set and monitored
- Create an environment where employees are engaged, empowered, enthusiastic and committed to the success of the company by encouraging diverse thoughts and ideas
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members ensuring everyone is treated fairly and with respect
- Understand the competitive landscape, its impact on the local market and develop strategies to gain market share and reduce loss of current market share
- Oversee operational performance and support all sales growth, Inventory Solutions profitability strategies, and other plans in partnership with Account Managers
- Balance operating expenses with higher level of service, while looking for ways to improve processes and remove non-value added activities
- Monitor controllable expenses to achieve the assigned expense target
- Promote district/region related programs and create an environment that promotes teamwork
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 1+ years management experience required
- Project management, planning, and facilitation skills.
