About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide solutions and easily connect with our walk-in customers and help other team members to do the same
  • Maximize sales opportunities, create customer loyalty, and exceed customer expectations by using guidance, advanced knowledge, and winning attitude
  • Complete and has responsibility for a variety of branch processes that are important to the branch's operation and overall effectiveness
  • Shift focus to perform a variety of warehouse tasks and report to Branch Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in related field
  • Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
  • Adapt communication and style to differing audiences whether it is different personality types, other team members, in writing/email, over phone, or in person
  • Operate powered industrial equipment
