About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide solutions and easily connect with our walk-in customers and help other team members to do the same.
- Maximize sales opportunities, create customer loyalty, and exceed customer expectations by using guidance, advanced knowledge, and a winning attitude.
- Oversee the entire customer experience, including accurate order entry and maintenance, safely picking product, and loading customer vehicles.
- Learn and easily navigate through several computer applications for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in related field
- Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
- Adapt communication and style to differing audiences whether it is different personality types, other team members, in writing/email, over phone, or in person
- Operate powered industrial equipment
