About the role
- Operate a 26' box truck mobile shoe store
- Travel to industrial customer job sites for pre‑scheduled appointments
- Provide exceptional sales and customer service to company employees
- Assist customer with selecting footwear and properly fitting with shoes/boots
- Maintain truck stock and inventory levels
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while on the Shoemobile
- Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations
- Accurately maintain a DOT logbook in compliance with DOT regulations
- Partner with Branch / DC for restocking / replenishment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse and SM showroom
Requirements
- Sales-minded and customer service oriented
- Extremely self-motivated
- Technical abilities to navigate and update systems and tools
- Clean driving record
- Must pass physical and maintain a current medical card to drive Shoemobile
- Steel Toe shoes are required to be worn at all times
- Overnight travel Monday–Friday with typically 1–2 overnights per week
