About the role

  • Provide leadership that optimizes the US fulfillment network to achieve the company's objectives
  • Lead and develop the aligned leaders and Team Members by creating and sharing a common vision
  • Ensure operational excellence and performance across the region
  • Accountable for aligned portion of all US DC inventory and shipments
  • Ensure the smooth flow of product from supplier to Branch and customer across the aligned region
  • Ensure compliance with network standardization roadmap and sharing of best practices
  • Support and drive continuous improvement across their region

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Master's Degree MBA preferred
  • 7+ years senior level management experience in high volume, multi-shift, fulfillment operations
  • 7+ years of demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive employee relations
  • Demonstrated understanding of distribution, transportation, and inventory management principles and practices with strong customer focus
  • Ability to promote and lead change
  • Strong process improvement, problem-solving, analytical and financial management skills
  • Ability to travel 50% or more
