Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership that optimizes the US fulfillment network to achieve the company's objectives
Lead and develop the aligned leaders and Team Members by creating and sharing a common vision
Ensure operational excellence and performance across the region
Accountable for aligned portion of all US DC inventory and shipments
Ensure the smooth flow of product from supplier to Branch and customer across the aligned region
Ensure compliance with network standardization roadmap and sharing of best practices
Support and drive continuous improvement across their region

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Master's Degree MBA preferred
7+ years senior level management experience in high volume, multi-shift, fulfillment operations
7+ years of demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive employee relations
Demonstrated understanding of distribution, transportation, and inventory management principles and practices with strong customer focus
Ability to promote and lead change
Strong process improvement, problem-solving, analytical and financial management skills
Ability to travel 50% or more
