About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end Federal segment sales offer lifecycle- from discovery through deployment, execution, and continuous optimization.
  • Set the strategy for scalable, segment-focused offers aligned to annual objectives.
  • Translate federal agency mission priorities, procurement behaviors, regulatory requirements, and contract vehicles into compelling bundled solutions.
  • Prioritize the right opportunities and equip sellers with effective enablement tools and messaging.
  • Ensure offers are compliant, operationally ready, and positioned for strong adoption.
  • Continuously refine performance through customer and sales team engagement, market insights, analytics, and structured measurements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, sales enablement, marketing, or segment management
  • Strong background and experience supporting or working within Federal Government sales or contracting environments
  • Proven ability to build and launch cross-functional growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies
  • Executive-level communication skills
  • Experience with federal acquisition vehicles, knowledge of federal procurement processes preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
