About the role
- Lead the end-to-end Federal segment sales offer lifecycle- from discovery through deployment, execution, and continuous optimization.
- Set the strategy for scalable, segment-focused offers aligned to annual objectives.
- Translate federal agency mission priorities, procurement behaviors, regulatory requirements, and contract vehicles into compelling bundled solutions.
- Prioritize the right opportunities and equip sellers with effective enablement tools and messaging.
- Ensure offers are compliant, operationally ready, and positioned for strong adoption.
- Continuously refine performance through customer and sales team engagement, market insights, analytics, and structured measurements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, sales enablement, marketing, or segment management
- Strong background and experience supporting or working within Federal Government sales or contracting environments
- Proven ability to build and launch cross-functional growth initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies
- Executive-level communication skills
- Experience with federal acquisition vehicles, knowledge of federal procurement processes preferred
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
