About the role
- Collaborate with the manager to execute change-management strategies that ensure smooth adoption of new processes, policies, or tooling across the compliance team.
- Conduct deep‑dive investigations into anomalies, perform structured root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective actions that reduce future risk and strengthen compliance performance.
- Use continuous improvement methodologies to evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and data accuracy.
- Apply project-management techniques to structure work, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal guidance.
- Communicate proactively and influence partners cross-functionally by providing clear, actionable regulatory insights that inform decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and implement reporting that supports compliance monitoring, surface business insights, and measure process performance.
- Embed reporting into durable, repeatable processes that improve team confidence, visibility, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Business, Supply Chain, Regulatory Compliance, Data Analytics, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in product compliance, product data management, governance, supply chain, or related analytical functions.
- Experience applying critical thinking and structured problem solving to resolve escalated issues.
- Experience leading projects from scoping through execution, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and desired results.
- Experience building cross-functional relationships, presenting to different levels of audiences, and influence without authority.
- Experience developing and operationalizing reporting or dashboards.
