About the role

  • Test, analyze and optimize pricing strategies, programs and tactics.
  • Help manage implementation of different pricing strategy elements with consideration of financial, system, internal process and customer related metrics.
  • Liaison and act as the expert for the pricing team working with essential partners: Sales, Sales Support, Legal, Product Management, Brand Segments, Investments, Finance and Enterprise Systems.
  • Work with Pricing Leader and collaborate with Contract, Quotes, Legal and Finance partners to ensure compliance with laws and contractual commitments.
  • Help establish practices and protocols necessary to facilitate pricing reviews.
  • Develop ongoing process to assess opportunities to improve customer pricing processes, pricing policy compliance and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a business curriculum, preferably marketing, economics or statistics
  • Master's Degree in applied quantitative or statistical methods preferred
  • 2+ years of practical experience in a large corporate setting, including demonstrated ability to work with multiple partners.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Complete knowledge of database analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, PowerBI, SAS, SPSS, Access and Excel (can perform complex functions).
  • Experience presenting conclusions and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience coordinating and completing multiple and varied projects.
