About the role

  • Execute LATAM go-to-market strategy in partnership with the GM
  • Own pipeline creation, deal execution, and revenue growth
  • Close complex enterprise and mid-market deals across fintech, payments, PSPs, and marketplaces
  • Lead consultative sales cycles involving finance, treasury, and product stakeholders
  • Provide regional market insights to inform pricing and positioning
  • Build ecosystem partnerships across Brazil, Mexico, and broader LATAM
  • Travel regularly across the region
  • Contribute to building scalable sales processes as the company grows

Requirements

  • Proven quota-carrying sales leader with experience closing complex deals
  • Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish (both strongly preferred)
  • Experience selling fintech, payments, FX, SaaS, or financial infrastructure solutions
  • Strong hunter mentality with outbound discipline and ownership mindset
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity in a Series A environment
  • Highly accountable, resilient, and outcome-driven
  • Excited to travel frequently across LATAM
