About the role
- Execute LATAM go-to-market strategy in partnership with the GM
- Own pipeline creation, deal execution, and revenue growth
- Close complex enterprise and mid-market deals across fintech, payments, PSPs, and marketplaces
- Lead consultative sales cycles involving finance, treasury, and product stakeholders
- Provide regional market insights to inform pricing and positioning
- Build ecosystem partnerships across Brazil, Mexico, and broader LATAM
- Travel regularly across the region
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes as the company grows
Requirements
- Proven quota-carrying sales leader with experience closing complex deals
- Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish (both strongly preferred)
- Experience selling fintech, payments, FX, SaaS, or financial infrastructure solutions
- Strong hunter mentality with outbound discipline and ownership mindset
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity in a Series A environment
- Highly accountable, resilient, and outcome-driven
- Excited to travel frequently across LATAM
