About the role

  • Identify, target, and engage enterprise clients including software platforms, with a strong emphasis on PSP customers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive adoption of Grain’s embedded finance and FX solutions in key markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers such as CFOs, Treasurers, and operational leaders.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting cross-border payments and FX.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of B2B sales experience in fintech, embedded finance, payments, or FX solutions.
  • Proven track record selling to enterprise clients, software platforms, and/or AP/AR vendors.
  • Experience closing complex, high-value deals with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative sales abilities and the skill to simplify complex financial solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Hubspot/Salesforce and sales analytics platforms.
