About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Sourcing and identifying potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and industry communities
Screening applications and conducting initial outreach to prospective candidates
Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system
Supporting the recruitment team with candidate research, talent mapping, and pipeline management
Assisting with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
Participating in team meetings, interview debriefs, and hiring strategy discussions
Helping improve recruitment processes and candidate experience across the hiring journey

Requirements

What you’ll need

Are interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, creator economy, influencer marketing, or startups
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
Are proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
Enjoy speaking with people and building relationships
Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Have strong attention to detail and administrative skills
Bonus: Have experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, marketing, or community building
Bonus: Are familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or sourcing tools
